JANTAR MANTAR (OBSERVATORY)

JAISALMER FORT
Located on the top of the Trikuta Hills, Jaisalmer Fort is declared as UNESCO World Heritage Hill Forts of Rajasthan. KUMBHALGARH FORT

CHITTORGARH FORT

RANTHAMBORE FORT
A fort in the wilderness of Rajasthan. Ranthambore fort was built by the Chauhan rulers in the 10th century and is regarded as one of the oldest forts of Rajasthan. Due to its strategic location, the fort was ideal to keep the enemy at bay. The fort is also related to the historical legend of the royal women performing jauhar(self immolation) when the Muslim invader Ala-ud-din Khilji laid siege on this fort in 1303. GAGRON FORT
The newest addition to UNESCO Hill Forts of Rajasthan, Gagron Fort, is a historical and religious place located 12 Kms. away from Jhalawar was built by Dod (Parmer) Rajputs. In this fort many other constructions were done by later victorious ruler's outside fort is the Dargah of Sufi Saint Mitthe Shah, where a fair is held every year during the month of Moharram. Nearby is the monastery of Saint Pipaji, who figures amongest the chief eight disciples of Guru Ramanand and was contemporary of Saint kabir.
