What' on the Offer?

Pushkar - Pushkar is TeamVedic’s personal favourite. We as a team hang out here, and we want our guests to see, what we’ve explored over the years. Pushkar is a little religious town south-west of Jaipur. It is famous for its age-old Brahma Temple, the pond and the activities around it. It comes to its full bloom during the annual cattle fair (Oct-Nov). Pushkar is very pedestrian friendly town and the lanes have so much to see, that a 2 kilometre walk can last up-to four hours and is one of the best things to do in Rajasthan.

Unlike other priests in India, the priests in the Brahma temple are not from the Brahmin clan, but from the Gurjar Clan, and thus have interesting stories to share about the place. If you are visting pushkar, make sure to ask your travel agent to include Pushkar walking tour in your Rajasthan tour package.

Jaipur - If in India, don't miss the Pink City Jaipur. It is just the most romantic and magnificent of all cities in India. The colored hues of the city will sweep you from your feet and cast a spell on you. Uniformity, symmetry, beauty and grandeur all packed in one. Jaipur has been ranked by many surveys as the cleanest and pedestrian friendly city of India.

The above is only the known description of Jaipur. What is unknown is what the Jaipur walk is all about. A walk that lasts for 2.5 hours in physical sense, but lasts a lifetime in memories and is one of the best things to do in Rajasthan. The walk is meant for people from all walks of life. All you need to be is curious and ask questions and be ready for some interesting anecdotes and hyperboles. We cover things that are not covered in day tours of Rajasthan and Rajasthan tour packages.

Varanasi or popularly known as Benaras has its mention in Hindu Mythology as Kashi. It houses one of the twelve Shiv Lingams at the famous – Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Situated by the banks of the mighty Ganges, Varanasi is famous for many things. Vedic Walks has craftily created a walk, that takes its guests through the small lanes of the city; most beautiful of the temples; gets them to meet a local family and chit-chat over tea with them; taste yummiest of the city delicacies; and immerse in the holy feeling of the chants from all directions.

A walking tour in India that allows you to understand the spirit of Varanasi and understand that how this city has stood the test of time. This walk is indeed one of the best thing to do in Varanasi apart from Varanasi sightseeing.
